Fenugreek seeds are very much beneficial in lessening the high body temperature. The intake of fenugreek tea reduces the fever. It is highly valued as cleansing agent, thus helps in flushing out all toxic materials form the body.
Anemia can be cured with the help of fenugreek leaves. They are highly useful in the formation of blood in the body. Fenugreek seeds are rich in iron, thus provides good amount of energy.
