Better Health, Through Having An Open – Minded, Is Easy As ABC!

While there are no guarantees, in life, nor, are there short – cuts, in the vast majority of instances, people, who proceed, consistently, with more of an open – mind, instead of a closed one, often benefit, by having the best chance, for a happier, healthier life, and existence. Wouldn’t we be better served, if we followed the ABC of using one’s open- mind, rather than restricting our options and alternatives? With that in mind, this article will attempt, to, briefly, consider, examine, review, and discuss, using the mnemonic approach, why, these considerations, and mind – set, may make a significant difference, for the better.

1. Attitude; aptitude; assumptions; analysis; actions; attention: When you decide to proceed, throughout life, with a true, positive, can – do, attitude, you begin to consider, and prioritize, the possibilities, rather than focusing on what you perceive, as problematic! Henry Ford is credited with saying, You can think you can or can’t. Either way, you’ll be correct. In fact, when life’s obstacles, are thrown in your path, you have the choice of considering them, problems, or challenges. When you envision problems, you fail to focus on solutions, but let your fears dominate your actions. On the other hand, when one visualize challenges, it creates something, you seek to overcome, and believe, you can! When the best attitude, is combined with a well – developed aptitude, and skill – set, you are better able, to pay attention, to the options and alternatives, and choose the best paths, and courses of action! Instead of assuming the worst, those who analyze, how to achieve, and handle life’s stresses, are happier, and, generally, healthier!

2. Benefits; beliefs; bring it: Avoid the simplistic outlooks, which often omit, the need, to combine, idealism, with pragmatism! Always consider the benefits, and the best way to get there! Are your personal beliefs, beneficial, or harmful to you? Fully consider, and examine, your reasoning and reasons, and demand, rather than resorting to procrastinating, you bring it, every day, in every possible way!

3. Character; clarity/ clear; choices: We always have choices, even in the most challenging times. Will you maintain, the quality of character, which emphasizes clarity, and a clear emphasis, on, proceeding, in the best possible way, to make a difference, for the better, so you might become, the best, you might possibly be!
